This paper tries to meet the need for a study of the growing popularization of philosophy at different levels. It does so within the context of a philosophy of communication, of language and of rhetoric. This context demonstrates how philosophy is a global experience of vital communication. In this way, philosophical communication becomes the basis for all genuine human communication, and the roles of professional philosophy and of popular Philosophy are harmonized. A core network of concepts and problems are also clarified. Finally, before the practical conclusions, we present an overview of philosophical journalism and of popularized philosophy.
