A text of catechism from XVIIIth century shows a singular parallelism between the rites of the mass and the passion and sufferings of Jesus. It refers each rite with an allegoric signification. It remains until the end of XIXth century, when it was more increased with very many details, seeing the sacrificial aspect of the mass, according the teaching of Trent council.
