Abstract

Juan Martínez Silíceo was archibishop and cardinal in Toledo. He wrote two spiritual commentaries on Lords prayer and Ave Mary, both dedicated to the prince Philipe and his sister Mary. He was tutor of them in his childhood, and these commentaries were a respective introduction to praying.
