This construction, erected at the end of the 17th century, contributes with a set of important novelties to the local architectural ensemble. Our research work is based on the arrangements for its construction, a fundamental document related to architecture and art history in the city. Furthermore, it also enable us to discover the author of the project: mossèn Joan Blai Aparici Polop, one of the great personalities of valencian baroque architecture in the late 1600s.
